I.                 Grounds of processing your personal data

Ailleron may process your personal data and act as personal data controller on grounds of a consent given by you.


II.               Purpose of collecting personal data

Ailleron may process the personal data that is covered by the consent forrecruitment and hiring process at AIlleron.

III.1 Right to be informed, to access the data and to obtain a copy of the data

You may at any time request to be informed of your personal data, which Ailleron holds and access them. You can exercise this right by sending an e-mail.

At your request delivered upon the above mentioned address Ailleron will also provide you with a copy of your personal data undergoing processing. For any further copies requested Ailleron reserves the right to charge a reasonable fee to cover administrative costs.


III.2 Right to rectification of personal data

Ailleron takes reasonable steps to ensure that your personal data are accurate, complete and up to date. Please note that this is our shared responsibility. If changes need to be made, please notify Ailleron using your personal account or by sending an e-mail.


III.3 Right to data portability

You have the right to receive your personal data which you have provided to Ailleron, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those data to another controller.


III.4 Right to erasure of data and to restrict processing

In some cases provided by law you may have the right to obtain the erasure of personal data (including, but not limited to when you withdraw your consent to process personal data and there is no other legal ground for processing). This will be done by Ailleron without undue delay and provided that Ailleron is not required to process your data for compliance with legal obligations. You may also wish for the processing of your data to be restricted.


III.5 Right to object to processing

In some cases you have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing of your personal data (including when processing is done for statistical purposes). In such case Ailleron shall no longer process your personal data unless it demonstrates overriding compelling legitimate grounds for the processing or the data is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.


IV.             Retention

Your personal data will be retained as long as necessary to archive due to the purpose for which these data were collected – no shorter than 36 months and for any period thereafter as legally required or permitted by law.


V.               Transfer of personal data outside EEA

Your personal data will not be transferred outside the territory of European Economic Area or to countries that do not provide the same or adequate level of protection of personal data.


VI.             Disclosure/recipients

Ailleron will give access to your personal data only to:

- third parties providing services to Ailleron that are necessary for recruitment and hiring process,

- entities from Ailleron capital group which are companies related with Ailleron, in particular Software Mind Sp. z o.o. based in Krakow; Software Mind Outsourcing Services Sp. z o.o. based in Krakow and Hoteliga International Sp. z o.o. based in Krakow

- recipients to which Ailleron is required to disclose personal data by respective provisions of law or an applicable order of a court or other authority,

- recipients when you express your consent or when reasonably necessary, in order to protect your vital interests or vital interest of another natural person or public interest.


Ailleron will exercise appropriate due diligence in the selection of any third party and in case such third party is chosen by Ailleron, Ailleron will require that they maintain adequate technical and organizational security measures to safeguard your data.
