across Poland, presence onsite in the Kraków office min. twice per month

You will be responsible for:

  • building, monitoring and implementation of the company’s marketing strategy for the FinTech Division for international markets
  • shaping and supervising the implementation of activities in the field of public relations, content marketing, event marketing and digital marketing
  • direct cooperation with sales directors responsible for specific markets, campaign development, ongoing support by backing up commercial activities with marketing activities
  • managing the daily work of the marketing team (8 people)
  • coordinating the cooperation with external SEM / SEO, PR agencies, consultants and business partners
  • monitoring the marketing activities of competitors
  • analyzing the effectiveness of the particular marketing activities

To be successful in the role, you must have:

  • experience in working with product marketing, desirably in FinTech area, preferably in SaaS model
  • experience in developing and implementing the B2B marketing strategy
  • experience in managing international marketing projects
  • min. 5 years of experience in managing a marketing team
  • knowledge of current trends and tools
  • mindset focused on achieving ambitious goals, high work commitment
  • proficiency in the English language enabling fluent communication in the international environment
